Silk organza dress with thin fixed shoulder straps with all-over gradient-effect embroidery created with multiple layers of fabric: the first layer is in pink organza, the top layers in pink gauze and the outermost layer covering the embroidery is in powder blue tulle. The embroidery consists of rows of micro tubes and special-cut sequins in transparent gradients of colours like purple/electric blue/cyclamen/dark pink and pale pink. The gradient also features a lighter density at the top and opens slightly downwards creating a play of nuances. The technique used for the embroidery is Aari work with a long needle which allows delicate, refined workmanship. The hem at the bottom is created with completely handmade cordonnet. The entire process is performed by 35 embroiderers and it takes a total of 1500 hours to complete a set.
