Taking its name from a playful Italian riff on the English word 'toy', Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni's 'Toio' lamp brings together a series of unexpected forms and influences in a joyful manner that lives up to its moniker. Originally designed in 1962, the floor light combines a special car headlight with fishing rod running rings and an adjustable hexagonal nickel-plated brass stem in black for an intriguing silhouette that invited further inspection. A dimmer switch placed on the light's cable allows for its brightness to be regulated for full mood setting control. Supplied with a EU plug. The bulb is included.
