For Stella Mc Cartney's latest collection, the eponymous designer wanted to see the world from a bird's eye view, almost as if flying over the city and countryside to explore contrasting shapes and silhouettes. This skirt takes this approach quite literally, with the A-line silhouette's typically sombre exterior elevated with a feather-inspired trim along the sultry side split, lending a playful flourish to a staple piece.
